The hotshot new hockey player, the veteran team captain, and the woman they fall for when she becomes the new team mascot in a fake marriage hockey rom com!
When my ex trades me out for a better model—my boss—I don’t take getting screwed over lying down.
Instead, I get a glow up, not only landing a new job with the hockey team but also scoring the city’s hot new hockey player as my plus one to my ex’s wedding. Then, the sexy team captain starts flirting with me, too.
But one night after a win, I accidentally marry that intense new guy after the captain dares us to say I do. One dare leads to another, and I’m experiencing double the pleasure as I say puck yes to both players sharing me on my wedding night.
In the morning, when hubby and I are on our way to get an annulment, the team owner spots our rings and invites the new it couple to attend her upcoming charity golf tournament.
Looks like I have to fake it as Mrs. Hockey for the hockey season and the wedding season. There’s only one problem.
We’re not just a couple. Both guys want more of me.
And pretty soon I’ve got a bigger problem – I’m falling for my fake husband and my secret boyfriend at the same time.
Puck Yes is a standalone hockey, fake marriage, neighbors-to-lovers, spicy workplace MFM romance with a guaranteed why-choose style HEA! No swords cross. This story is perfect for fans of Lily Gold, Emily Rath and Lauren Blakely’s Double Pucked!

4.5 stars!
Puck Yes is the second book in the My Hockey Romance series and another smoking hot MFM romance from Lauren Blakely. It features Stefan and Hayes, both members of the San Francisco hockey team, and Ivy, sister of Ryker from Double Pucked (book 1 of the series), and these three deliver a sweet, heartwarming, and unconventional love story full of heart, humor, and heat.
What is worse than getting dumped by your boyfriend? Getting dumped for your boss. That is what happens to Ivy. And worse yet, her ex-boyfriend and ex-boss get engaged and want Ivy to cover the story on social media. While she may consider covering the wedding, she definitely needs a new job so she puts her energy into her blog. She also needs another form of income while she builds her following so she takes a mascot job for the San Francisco hockey team putting her in the path of two very sexy hockey players that change her life.
Ivy has an instant connection to the guy she meets in the elevator. After spilling her recent breakup woes to him, Hayes offers to be her plus-one to her ex’s wedding. She can imagine having some fun with him but when she realizes he’s a player on the hockey team that she works for and she doesn’t want to make things weird so she puts the brakes on anything more than just friends.
Then there is Stefan. Once upon a time she was interested in him but he’s always been in a relationship. It’s still not a good time because he is also a hockey player for San Francisco and she needs to keep him in the friend zone, too.
Then everything changes with one night in Vegas and things get complicated. After a dare leads to a wedding, Ivy finds herself with a husband and also a boyfriend. It’s a situation she’s never imagined but discovers she very much loves.
I’m not sure I can handle being so close to them when I want to put my hands on one, then the other…I’ve never thought this before. Never pictured anything like it. Now I can’t stop…
Stefan and Hayes are straight forward with what they want, and they want Ivy. Together. And have her they do. In all the ways possible. There are some logistics to work out but it doesn’t take long before these two find their groove and they really bring on the heat. Seriously. So much heat!
These guys want to please Ivy and will do anything for her but their relationship is so much more than just the physical fun they have. They get to know each other, bring out the best parts of each other, and really show how swoon worthy they can all be with each other. I loved that Ivy knew how she wanted and accepted her feelings even when she wasn’t sure how things would work. And Stefan and Hayes were sweethearts. They not only thought of Ivy, but of each other too. They were good friends who knew each other so well and wanted happiness for all three. No matter how unconventional this relationship was, it worked, and it worked well.
Overall, I really enjoyed this story, even more so than the first book in the series. I fell for the three of them together and was happy they found their HEA. I can’t wait for more.
