Finian Kelley and Tate Jennings met at a wedding…
…but that doesn’t mean they had romance in mind.
Since meeting Finian Kelley at a wedding last fall, where they agreed to be physical with no strings attached, Tate Jennings can’t get him out of her head. So when an invitation arrives at her Florida condo, inviting Tate to spend St. Patrick’s Weekend back at Summerhaven where Finian works, she can’t resist heading up to New Hampshire for the festivities.
Having just gotten out of an awesomely bad relationship, Finian Kelley has sworn off romance, which is why it’s good that hottie Tate Jennings lives far away in the Florida Keys. They may have fooled around at Rory’s wedding, but at least they have no future together, right?
Wrong. When an annual celebration brings Tate back to New Hampshire, will Finian be able to stay away from the woman who’s already made an unwanted impression on his heart?
Return to Summerhaven one last time for this sweet, sultry, summer novella!

3.5 stars!
Tate doesn’t believe in love and “I love you” is a sure way to make her run the other way. A little no-strings attached fun is right up her alley and when she sees Finian at her friend’s wedding, she knows he can make her feel good.
From the get go Catching Irish is a steamy read. Tate and Finian are intense and passionate, and at first it’s only physical, at least that’s what they tell each other. I felt the spark between them immediately and they are HOT together! Their connection quickly grows stronger even though they are parting ways after the weekend and felt everything as their feelings started to emerge.
For the first time in his life, Finian was learning that there was a delicious sort of intensity in a love affair when your time was finite.
Then they meet again and as Tate and Finian open up to the possibility of more the sweetness really comes out and I had the biggest smile on my face. Finian has such a big heart and he longs for a future with Tate. He understands her and what she needs while supporting her. He is so sweet and is willing to wait for her but Tate isn’t sure what she really wants.
Tate is scared. She’s been hurt in the past and she doesn’t what her heart broken again. I totally got where she was coming from and my heart ached for her. Her character was well written and I felt her reservations but I also felt her love. I am glad she didn’t run from her true feelings.
Catching Irish is a cute, quick read and I wouldn’t have minded more but I enjoyed the way everything played out. It’s a HFN that put a smile on my face and warmed my heart.
Don’t miss the letter from Katy at the end if you want to see what all the Havens are up to! Definitely worth a read if you love The Summerhaven Trio.
