Dear Mister…**strike out** no, too formal.
Hey there sweet cheeks *strike out* no, too forward.
To whom it may concern,
Full disclosure; before we move forward with this email, I would like it to be known that I have consumed an adequate amount of alcoholic beverages to intoxicate myself tonight. Three margaritas, two shots, and one beer—because it was free.
I think it’s important to be open and honest with your co-workers, don’t you?
So here I am, being honest. Drunk but honest. Or just drunk with lust? You decide.
I like you so much it’s clouding my judgment and making me do things I never would sober. Like write this letter.
I have a hopeless, foolish, schoolgirl crush on you when you are the last person on earth I should be falling for. Did you know people around the office call you a sadist? An egomaniac. An insensitive, arrogant prick. Your bark is worse then your bite, and you don’t scare me. The fact is, I’d love that bite of yours to nip at my bare skin while we’re both wearing nothing but sheets.
For once I want you to look at me as more than one of your employees.
And as long as we’re being honest, that navy blue suit you wear? With the crisp white shirt? It really makes me want to loosen your tie and show you who’s boss.
Love,
Sincerely,
Yours.

4.5 “I want to bang you so bad” stars
I’m a huge fan of Sara Ney, but have never read Meghan Quinn, and this collaboration was a great introduction. A fun, flirty, chemistry-filled romance between a funny, feisty heroine and her gruff, detached boss. It’s a fantastically entertaining set-up with great banter, sizzling sexual tension and a gorgeous love story, and I loved it!
Peyton is on a drunken night out with her girlfriends, when she is talked into writing an anonymous email to her bastard of a boss, admitting her longstanding lust and declaring that she wants to “bang” him.
What would it feel like to be owned by Rome Blackburn, for just one sex-filled night?
Rome has built his Fortune 500 company from the ground up. He has worked hard for his success, but he’s done it at the cost of a personal life. All he has is his work, and he expects his employees to love and respect his business as much as he does. So when he receives a highly inappropriate email from one of his employees signed of “Love, Sincerely Yours”, he is absolutely outraged. And, eventually, intrigued enough to send a reply.
Rome has always seemed cold and mean to his employees, but as he and his ‘mystery woman’ begin emailing back and forth, Peyton begins to see a new side of him. They flirt, they talk, growing bolder and bolder as time goes on, and as they begin to open up to each other, Peyton finds herself falling harder and harder.
Rome has morphed into an entirely different man behind the screen. He’s no longer the angry tyrant.
No, he’s become the hot guy with a sensitive heart. I am totally screwed.
And Rome is the same, developing feelings for a woman, not even knowing who she is, while stalking around the halls of his building trying to figure it out. And when he finally does, it’s the next step in a UST-filled flirtation that is about to turn into something that neither of them ever expected.
“I never saw you.” How is that even possible when she’s all I can think about now? When she’s all I seem to see?
“No. Your head was always down.”
It’s not down right now. It’s up, and my eyes are staring straight at her.
That’s all I’m going to say about the story, because it’s best just to dive in and discover it as it all unfolds, but OMG I love this romance! It’s fun and flirty with fantastic chemistry! The UST builds to epic proportions, and reading this book will give you a serious case of blue balls as you wait for the inevitable. And is it worth the wait? Hell yes, it is! It’s playful, sexy and intense and full of feels, and I loved watching it all happen.
“If you gave me a hickey, this little affair is over.”
“If I gave you a hickey, it means you’re fucking mine.”
The relationship develops naturally, though they do have some things to figure out, but it’s a truly fun read with very little angst, and I loved seeing Rome and Peyton together.
And shout out to Rome’s best friend, Hunter, who is an absolute riot and a complete scene stealer. I cannot wait for his book up next!
4.5 stars!

Excerpt
I open the company messenger app on my phone and scroll through the executive names, knowing full well I’m about to break a policy. It’s the company’s phone, and the company’s app, and I’m about to use it for personal use. To flirt.
With my boss.
I close my eyes, find his name—next to it is a little, green dot, which means. . .
He’s on the app.
I’ve never talked to him live before so this is a huge step, but then again, it might be more fun to get his initial reactions to my comments.
Debating it for all but two seconds, I type out a message to him, making sure I’m signed on under my LSY persona.
HandsRomingMyBody: Hey you.
My text turns into a new message on the app and I wait on bated breath to see if he will respond. Nerves prickle up my spine, my fingers feeling numb, my mind playing mutiny with my heart just as little dots appear letting me know he’s typing.
Oh God, I don’t think I’ve been more excited.

Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if “It’s Raining Men” starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped.
Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing… enter her first novel, Caught Looking.
Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
