The fourth book in The Wolf Hotel series, and the romance is here! While the chemistry is undeniable and Abby and Henry’s connection has been building over the last three books, it’s been more of a sexually-based connection up to this point. Now, I’m finally starting to feel it, and I am here for it!
This book is a direct continuation of Henry and Abby’s story. These books must be read in order, and as each book is an immediate follow-on from the last, I have enjoyed reading them back-to-back and getting lost in the decadent and wildly passionate world of these characters.
Henry and Abby are together, they are committed, and though Abby has loved Henry from the beginning he’s now clearly feeling it right back. What we get in this book that we haven’t seen a lot of in the previous books, is these two finally able to spend an extended period of time together. We see a lot of them together – talking, bantering, flirting, and genuinely caring for each other (and of course, there’s still loads and loads of wild sex) – but I’m seeing their connection, I’m feeling it with them, and I loved seeing the shift in their relationship as they truly settle into a relationship.
Henry is experiencing all of this for the first time, and his vulnerability is gorgeous to see. He’s a capable and controlling billionaire, yet he acknowledges his struggles and works to overcome them, while relishing in all that he is feeling for Abby. It’s so beautiful.
“You count on me to give you everything you need, because I can and I want to. I take care of you.” A little more softly, he adds, “And you take care of me. That’s how we will work. Okay?”
There is still lots of drama for them to face, but they do it side by side, supporting each other, and sharing everything, and I loved watching them together and owning it.
The book ends in a great place, and I’m diving right into the final book of the series to see how their story ends.

Note – I listened to this as an audiobook, narrated by Avery Reid, and she does a great job with it. This is an easy book to listen to.
